Don't get scammed when buying a short sale

Maybe the agents that are under pricing Short Sales don't know any better.

Maybe they really and truly think that the bank is going to approve a short sale at less than $100,000 less than fair market value.

Maybe they don't realize they are going to huge amounts of leads brought forth from the real estate syndication sites on-line and maybe they don't realize that most buyers of the world are looking for that "too good to be true" real estate deal they have only heard about?

Maybe???
