I am not a conspiracy theorist.  At least not one that wears foil on my head to prevent the "powers that be" from reading my mind.

I say, "let them have at", if they want to read my mind - go ahead - I'm a vacant lot up there :)

There is no part of the housing world - new builders, re sale sellers, or the banks with the foreclosures, that would want to hurt the overall housing economy.

"Would Want To"...  However, I have a feeling that with the lacking re-sale inventory - the new home builders may move a little too fast for the "over supply" of buyers to keep up.

If my "prediction" is right - I would think that our market - instead of increasing at it's current rate - would slow down to more of a crawl.

Do I think there is another housing bubble - Negative ghost rider.  I do not.  I do have a feeling that the market will be relaxing sometime in the near future.
