I remember the day when I was not a kid anymore - (what song??)

Working at a Top Producing real estate brokerage with a world wide vision, makes one grow up quick.  Paris and I used to have trouble keeping until I started taking charge of our Web Presence (don't tell her that I took charge in anything :) )

I remember when a cat named Jeff Turner was introduced to me by a lender named Martin Rodriguez.  When I met Jeff he enlightened me.  

The world is going social he said.  The internet is going to be a tool that those wanting to do everything real estate related are going to use and use a lot.

The best way you can get in front of more eyeballs is to write about what you do.  Write about the questions consumers have, and do it a lot.

It was a wash, rinse and repeat method to real estate.  This method works, and I write a lot of content each and every day. Some say that I should be paying people to do this for me - however, it does not make sense, since those that are reading my stuff on-line want to read stuff written by me.

(Why they do?  I'll never know :) )

But, just the same, someone that I hire from overseas is no going to be able to under stand we writing from growing up in a small tow in NM - Want to leave that same small town - Wanting to become an LAPD officer since watching 1 Adam 12 and Emergency and Dragnet back in the day on channel 5.

Achieving that, thank GOD, back on October 9, 1990 - and the list goes on and on....
