Los Angeles housing inventory super low

California - reported on the wire, 

"housing reports, real estate inventory has not been this low since January of 1994"...

I was a motor cop with the LAPD back then.  In fact, I was a brand new motor cop.

It would not be for two more years until we bought our first home - then it would not be for an addition two year period when I became a brand new real estate agent.

What is in your cabinet?  What are your favorite types of cops - :)

I won't ask the same question about Realtors - I get that...
