Still playing Real Estate games - shocking!

After leaving the PD - remaining a Reserve Officer, I always wondered how anyone can continue to tolerate those that are "playing" games when it comes to the largest investment of a person's life.  Where is the accountability.

We have been within a short sale market for quite some time now, since the fall of the large sub prime lender back in 2007.

After the dust settles - I am wondering what is going to be the "flavor" of the day. We had short sales, foreclosures, real estate owned and some regular sellers that were in our midst.

Even in the future markets, I don't think that everyone will ascribe to a "non game" philosophy...
