Santa Clarita Real Estate Update - where are we today?

I don't know where you are, but the real estate market is nothing to get too overworked about.  We have seen as the absorption rate has reduced.  We study the real estate market in quartiles - the top, low, mid top and mid low sections of the real estate market.  We have found, with our experience, this to be the best guage of any real estate market.

Although not giving hordes of insight into the real estate market.  It does give a good guage of where we have been - and the past is a valuable indicator of future real estate returns.
