What makes a political prisoner? Many people are imprisoned for political reasons although they might not know it. Black and poor people don't receive equal justice. Lawmakers, judges, and law enforcement agents are well aware of this and yet they do nothing to stop it. These choices are the result of political decisions that have previously been made.
