Are you feeling "stuck" in business matters, family conflicts, or the economy? Have your business goals become stagnant? Ever wonder what stops smart, professional women from succeeding and achieving their full potential? Ever wish you could step out of your comfort zone and risk being truly successful? Would you like to find out what's stopping you from achieving the success you know you are capable of? Would you like to know how to get out of your own way? Would you like to learn tools to help you succeed? If you answered yes to even one of these questions you will want to be sure to join me and my special guest, Smokie Sizemore. Smokie knows first-hand about the challenges women often face in their lives and careers through her own experiences. Once the owner of a decorative flag business, she desired a career change after 15 years. By hiring an executive coach, she reached her goal after two years and sold her business in 1997. She has never looked back. Smokie Sizemore has coached thousands of people across a variety of industries, including financial services, marketing and education, to achieve their goals. Coaching women leaders inspired Smokie to establish the Smart Woman’s Club (www.smartwomansclub.com) – an Internet-based community for professional women to ignite their self –esteem, confidence and power and celebrate their brilliance. Her book Smart Women Make Their Own Rules: the Professional Woman’s Guide to Igniting Your Power will be released this year. Among her other accomplishments, she was the lifestyle coach for the local NBC affilitate and coached local volunteers in Dr. Phil’s Weight Loss Challenge. In March, 2005, Smokie was the Visiting Coach at Beijing Language and Culture University in Beijing, China. She designed and led the coaching segment of the Emerging Leaders Program of the United Way of Greater Richmond and Petersburg. Find out more at www.smartwomansclub.com
