Have We Lost Our Beginning?

Am I the only one experiencing a new passion for knowing who I am, why I started this journey and placed my feet on this particular path? 

I feel like a mechanic who has taken an engine apart, and while remaking it into a new and better version, keeps forgetting what the original looked like.

I found an interesting insight in my grandmother's journal that illustrated a validation in her life that brings meaning to mine.
