On July 4, 2009, the bodies of McNair and a woman, Sahel Kazemi, were found in McNair's home in Nashville; both bodies had gunshot wounds. On July 8, 2009, the Nashville-Davidson County assistant medical examiner announced that traces of gun residue were found on the hands of Sahel Kazemi and confirmed that their deaths were the result of a murder-suicide, with McNair the victim. What happens next?
