Redemptive Withdrawal in Isaiah 19

1. WITHDRAWAL:  v4.  And the Egyptians I will give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, sayeth the Lord, the Lord of hosts.
2. REDEMPTIVE purpose:  v20-21.  . . for they shall cry unto the Lord because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a savior, and a great one, and he shall deliver them.
3. Lord GRIEVES and SUFFERS with the people in their affliction: v22.  . . . and he shall be intreated of them, and shall heal them.
4. AIKIDO-LIKE self-destruction:  v2.  And I will set the Egyptians against the Egyptians: and they shall fight everyone against his brother . . .
