(137) Facebook friends, Flag flying Colorado Springs

The Joy of having Friends on Facebook THANK YOU to Jenn Zerfas for displaying my Flag over Colorado Springs after climbing the "incline", and to Tony Barnes who helped set this up.

This is just so cool to see this again THANK YOU to both of you

I have done a couple of Shows with Tony Barnes and it was through him that somehow I connected via the cloud with Jenn Zerfas, Who then ran my flag up to the Manitou Incline and took a picture

Another stop on that flags Journey to all kinds of places

Jennie Zerfas

I did 6.5 years in the Army (99-06). Kosovo Jan 2001- April 2001.

Married with two kids (ages 2 and 3 years old).

I work in medical boards at Evans Army Community Hospital on Fort Carson.  I help process paperwork and help Soldiers transition out of the military due to medical conditions.  I have been working at the hospital for almost 12 years

I run up the mountains for sanity, Exercise.  Accomplishments.  To see the beauty at the top of the world.  Serenity.  Pushing myself to go 2000 + feet in the climb straight up the mountain is vigorous.  I do it purely for the intense workout and some alone time.  The view at the top is breath taking.  I am my best motivator and I have to remember that.  I respect the mountains and I love the peace that I get when I do this. It humbles me every time I get to the top.  I never get tired of doing the incline at Manitou.
