Art and Ascension

The Dweller On The Threshold -- Host Nancy Wait of Art and Ascension looks at the meaning of the term Dweller on the Threshold, and tells her stories of encountering the Threshold. We will also look at the Dweller in relation to the material presented by Alice Bailey in terms of being on the Path. From Nancy Seifer: “Facing the Dweller occurs only when we are on the Path. We have to have some conscious recognition of the soul and then a sense of the gap or distance between soul and personality. The Path is really about closing that gap which occurs through the internal battles we encounter when facing the Dweller.” Next month we will go back to talking about Art and Ascension. Meanwhile, as anyone knows who has ever attempted some kind of expertise in any of the arts, facing our demons (or Daimon), our fears, is a major part of any future accomplishment.
