In seeking to understand the difference between delusion and creation there is a need to have the awareness of this planet is under serious mind control and static frequency interference. The masses and the Lightworkers are in a state of confusion as their mental concepts are out of alignment with "their" reality. When discussing manifestation of enlightenment and abundance there is an emotional disconnect that requires healing. We are creators and in the third dimension WE do so in time and space.
