"RYAN ROCKS IT ASBURY PARK STYLE" very excited to announce my next special guest is FRANK STEFANKO Thursday evening, September 24 TH at 5:30 PM.  To listen live call 213.943.3559 or go to blogtalkradio.com/ryan-rocks-it-asbury-park-style.

FRANK STEFANKO Photography - THE KEY TO THE UNIVERSE.  According to Frank: It all started with a box camera at age eight.  I was fascinated with optical illusions and bubble gum cards that had images imbedded in them, and when you held them up too the sun, the image would appear in sepia tone...but when my dad gave me his old box camera, he had no idea he gave me the key to the universe.

Frank is a fine art photographer whose work graces the album covers of BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN'S Darknesss on the Edge of Town and The River, South Side Johnny's cover and Patti Smith's, The Arista Years 1975 / 2000 bix set cover.  Frank's photographs also appear in Bruce Springsteen's Live 75/78,  Greatest Hits, Tracks, Essential Bruce Springsteen, Darkness Box Set, and The Album Collection Vol.1.

Frank is the Author of the book, Days of Hope and Dreams / an Intimate Portrait of BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN which has receltly been released in the second edition. He is also the aurhor of PATTI SMITH / Amercan Artist which features beautiful images of a young emerging artist; Ms. Smith from 1970 - 1980.

I am going to have Frank tell you so much more about his life as one of the outstanding fine art photograpers that he is.  So be sure to mark your calendars for Septamber 24 TH's show, however, no worries, if you miss it, the live broadcast will be posted to my Nancy Ryan and Ryan Rocks It Asbury Park Style fb pages as well as many other fb pages minutes after the interview for your listening pleasure and convenience.  Peace, Nancy  <3
