Rudo Can't Fail publisher Kevin Kleinrock talks with Disco Machine (Mike), Mr. Excitement (Ed), TARO (Kevin - yes it gets a tiny confusing at times) and Scorpio Sky about the history of one of the most influential U.S. pro wrestling schools/dojos and indepenent promotions of all time.  Before there was even a term "hybrid wrestling," before lucha libre moves were incorporated into nearly every independent wrestling show across the globe, there was a small group of wrestlers in SoCal blending pro wrestling, lucha libre and puroesu.  From Mr. Excitement and Ron "American Wild Child" Rivera deciding they wanted to become wrestlers around 1989 to the birth of Pro Wrestling Guerrilla in 2003 (founded by Rev Pro core members Disco, Excalibur, Super Dragon and Top Gun Talwar along with UPW wrestlers who appeared regularly on Rev Pro events Joey Ryan and Scott Lost) and many points inbetween (shady California promoters, Ron's bootlegging that lead to key relationships with Konnan and other luchadores, wrestling in APW, XPW and Japan) this roundtable covers these stories and more as we explore the lasting impact of Ron, the Rudos Dojo and Rev Pro.
