As the title suggests, the second week of NBA free agency has begun and the deals and rumors around the league just keep swirling. Should Chris Bosh not wait for LeBron James' decision and go forth with a max offer from the Houston Rockets? Is the LeBron to Cleveland rumor legitimate?
