Is it too early in the campaign to say we're losing the war against Islamic State? Not when it becomes more obvious every day that President Obama's strategy of limited air strikes is hardly slowing down the terrorists in their drive to capture territory.

It appears that the strategic Kurdish town of Kobani on the Syrian-Turkish border is about to fall to the IS army. This despite dozens of air strikes by US planes. But the lightly armed Kurds are no match for the tanks and heavy weapons employed by ISIS.

Should the US change its policy and send in ground troops? Are we the only ones who can halt the IS army and begin rolling back their gains. I'll ask Middle East scholar Ray Ibrahim those and other questions about the current conflict. Jazz Shaw of Hot Air will join me for the first part of the show to discuss Ebola and other current events.

The RINO Hour of Power hosted by Rick Moran streams live from 8:00 - 9:00 PM Eastern Time. A podcast will be available shortly after the end of the show.
