Well the term "Medicine Chest" was something that everyone used in my GrandMother’s day.  Back then they either created their own medicines from wild crafted herbal sources or they purchased remedies from the local apothecary.     Today, most  people don’t keep a medicine chest.  You probably have a first aid kit and some supplements in the cupboard and the apothecaries have been replaced by pharmacies.   So we’ve taken GrandMama’s Medicine Chest and created an updated version that’s relevant to the needs of today.  Many remedies that GrandMa used are still relevant today but may not be available any more as an over the counter remedy.  Still many other remedies in our updated Home Medicine Chest include cutting edge supplements that were not available during GrandMa lifetime thanks to technological advances of our modern era.  Join Lezlee & Gagan as we explore the Twelve most important “must have’s” to add to today’s modern home medicine chest.
