On Wednesday, Feb. 13, The Wave learned that the NYC Department of Homeless Services has decided to place 120 males at a new homeless shelter located at 226 Beach 101st Street. There are two schools nearby, several businesses and many families.
Locals business owners and residents are going to fight this tooth and nail.
Councilman Eric Ulrich will join the show to discuss what he plans to do to fight it.
