My spiritual journey has taken many facets, from total spiritual depletion with a regression to a place of pure spirit to coming back into balance by following intuition and synchronicity. On my shows, I share my knowledge in coming back and interview people and organizations who were instrumental along the way. We are blessed and fortunate that in the St Louis area we have The Living Insights Center, a non-profit place that honors all religions and many different dieties and has great spiritual energies!
