Walk ScoreWalk Score’s function is to educate consumers (home buyers, for example) and real estate professionals about what makes a neighborhood walkable, and to measure this walkability vs. other neighborhoods.  Matt Lerner, Cheif Technology Officer of Front Seat (Walk Score’s mother company), will be joining us for a full hour to help educate us on the impact Walk Score has had on the Online Real Estate Experience.

Together, with Matt, we will be discussing the following:

The future of "green" real estate
What real estate agents should know about urban planning
Why walkable neighborhoods matter
How does walkability impact home values?
What does it mean to be a "green" real estate agent or buyer?
What green real estate metrics will be important in the future?
What kinds of green real estate features would you like to see on real estate sites?
Why did you build a whole website around walkability?  Isn't walking something everyone does?
What should we do about all those unwalkable houses in the suburbs?
What affect does public transit have on homes?

And much more, including your questions.
