Taking care of our body is a life-long commitment. Our body is a reflection of our entire history, all our choices, as well as our on-going inner dialogue. When we have something to heal or we want to bring our health to the next level, it’s essential to honor the mind-body connection. Every physical issue has a mental, emotional and energetic component. Our special guest this week is Rick Mack, one of the founders of Mind Your Body, a holistic healing center in West Caldwell, NJ. Rick began his spiritual journey 30 years ago when he began studying ancient religions, the practice of Pranic Healing and Native American traditions. The practice of yoga brought together his awareness of the mind, body and spirit connection. This naturally led Rick to his current path of study in the field of massage and Trager bodywork approach, partner yoga and Couples Thai Yoga. Join us as Rick shares his wisdom regarding the mind-body connection and his insights into how to MIND YOUR BODY.
