Nic Darling is the founder of Major League Ultimate Frisbee. Ultimate Frisbee is a very popular sport in the United States, with more active participants than hockey and lacrosse combined.  This was a sport that was prime for exposure and Nic and his team saw an opportunity.  

Nic shares a lot of insight into the organizational side of this league. He talks about working with sponsors and other revenue generating efforts.  He also shares some of the struggles and hurdles that the league faces and how they respond to these challenges.
