The Super Bowl has been over over for months, and NFL training camps are right around the corner. The NFL has become a 12-month business, and the NFL Network presents their "Top 100 Players" list of the prior season. Cam Newton topped the 2016 list, and not many people will argue his position. Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers finished in the sixth spot. In the world of NFL offensive firepower, two defensive players; J.J. Watt and Luke Kuechly, found their way into the top 10. Watt is a three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, and finished third behind Newton and Tom Brady. Kuechly settled in at number seven, after recording his fourth consecutive 100 tackle season. The only running back to find a place, in the top 10, was Adrian Peterson. Three prolific wide receivers rubbed elbows with the other top 10 players. Odell Beckahm Jr., Julio Jones, and Antonio Brown all had spectacular years. Rob Gronkowski is not your typical tight end, and found his place as the ninth best player, of 2016. What are your thoughts about the top 100 players of 2016? Listen in and call the show with your thoughts.
