RIP: Pat Summitt and Buddy Ryan

The sports world moarns the loss of two coaches who changed their sport. Pat Summitt coached 38 seasons at Tennessee and led the Lady Vols to eight national titles. Summitt ended her career with 1.098 wins. Buddy Ryan is best known for inventing the 46 defense which sent more players after the quarterback than the other team could block. The 1984 Chicago Bears team recorded 72 sacks, and that record still stands. Both coaches did remarkable things in their respective sports, and they will be sadly missed.
