Let the frivolous spending begin as NFL Free Agency started today

Players dream of being drafted in the NFL and fulfilling their childhood dream. Once they are in the NFL they dream of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. With the new salary cap structure, rookie salaries are somewhat determined by draft position and the team can get a bargain for four or five years. Once this unknown rookie starts producing their mouths start watering when they can hit the free agent market. Why? Becasue some teams lose all sense of reality and spend frivolously on players. The money is so outrageous that you could call it "stupid money." You can make any assumption that you wish, is it stupid because it was a waste of money or is it stupid because of the number of zero's behind the number? You make the call. 

Today marked the beginning of the 2016 NFL Free Agent season. Veteran players are testing the market and making choices based on the ulmighty dollar. Has the dream changed? Would you rather hoist the Lombardi Trophy or have a bank account that requires mutliple comma's between the zero's?
