Join us on Monday, Aug. 10 at 10 a.m. when our guest on the next Record Talk Radio will be James Koth, the new director of the Bergen County Parks Department.

Koth, an Oradell councilman and a former Englewood Public Works director, took over the county parks job on July 20. Click here for my story on his appointment.

We’ll talk about his earlier career, which included serving as a vice president for the Hudson River Parks Trust and his plans for the county parks.

The program also will feature excerpts from my recent interview with County Executive James Tedesco, who talked about his vision for the parks system.

Have a question for Koth? Send your suggestions to ensslin@northjersey.com.
