Record Talk Radio with Margaret "Peg" Watkins

Join us on Monday, July 16 at 11 a.m. when our guest on Record Talk Radio will be Margaret "Peg" Watkins, a Republican candidate for Freeholder.

Watkins, a former River Edge Mayor and incumbent GOP Freeholder Robert Hermansen of Mahwah are running against Democratic challengers Tracy Zur of Franklin Lakes and Steve Tanelli of North Arlington.

Recently Watkins endorsed the idea of merging the Bergen County Police Department into the Sheriff's Office to save money.

I'll talk to her about that topic plus her views on the county's pay-to-play ordinance restricting campaign contributions by county contractors and several other issues.
