Conservative T & T- Will Libertarians Decide The Election?

With so many issues out there like states rights and the ability for the individual to live as they see fit, will Libertarians be the kew swing vote in November? I am not talking necessarily about the Ron Paul people who would never, ever vote for anyone else but Ron Paul but those Libertarians that may or may not have supported Ron Paul for President that will look to one party or the other when it comes to decide who they believe should be the next President. How much of an impact will they have? Will the Libertarians be the "Independents" of years prior who will decide this upcoming election one way or the other?
