Happy New Year!
With that greeting comes new year resolutions, many of which we DO NOT keep! Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'm sure it sounds all too familiar with many of us. Well, I am happy to inform you all, that we have our very own Chef David J, Alvarez, who is going to help us off to a Fresh Start and NO, not another "New Year's Resolution." I think many are not keeping with their "New Year Resolution" committements becuase we are not looking at it as a way of life, but rather a short-term fix!
How about we change that mind-set and all become healthier by implementing a lifestyle change and not a "New Year's" trend that quickly fades, like most new fads....
