Even though she has always excelled in English—since childhood—Yolanda received her education in Information Technology from Denver Technical College, the University of Phoenix and Guilford Technical College. Yolanda has also been fascinated with the evolution and advances of technology and social media platforms. She always strives to be on the cutting edge of technology and social promotion.

Mark L. Pippen career accomplishments came quickly. But his desire to offer encouragement and support to people always left him feeling that there was something more helpful he could be doing. As years passed he continued to seek an opportunity that would allow him to feel a sense of higher purpose. In the meantime he became a "workaholic." Hereditary factors combined. His health was adversely affected. He was rushed to the hospital on several occasions. Medical professionals advised that it was imperative that he make lifestyle changes to reduce his stress level. Mark made the difficult decision to leave employment in the public sector to focus on stabilizing and improving his health
