She is a Communication Specialist known for providing media and powerful presentation training for high leveled Executives. In 2005 Ester launched Kids Empowerment Academy because she wanted to bring the tools used for her Executives into the lives of children.

Her exceptional proven "Kid Power Method" transforms shyness into success in the early years of life when children are laying down their foundation of skills and developing belief in their abilities. With her program Ester creates a foundation of leadership, confidence, and communication skills for children to build upon for the rest of their lives.
