There are so many times in our lives where we could help out others because we 'know' how to help (based on our own past experiences) with with loving words are advice. But just because we think that we know how we can help others does not mean that that particular method will be helpful in that particular circumstance. Knowing when and how to be helpful requires getting in touch with our own inner guidance, or own inner wisdom, and learning to respond from that place. This what it means to radiate love.
