In our society today, we are constantly bombarded with negativity. We are constantly told, through the media and other sources, that it will be a long time before we will have any reason to be happy. I say BS. You must decide to be happy now, only then will the circumstances in your life give you a reason to be happy. Life begins on the inside, and then is reflected back to us by the world. Gandhi told us that, 'you must be the change you wish to see in the world.' We all must consciously choose to be happy and peaceful, NOW, only then will these experiences be a real possibility in the world.
