Animals are divine. They are connected to God, spirit, and angels far more than most humans could ever imagine. They trust and know -- without having to be told or reassured -- that they will be provided for in every way. Animals are also great messengers. When we need something in our lives God, spirit and our angels will send an animal to give us a message. And, it could be any living creature under the rainbow -- a snake, a dragonfly, a deer, a house cat, a mountain lion, or even a spider. The form of the creature depends simply on what message God is trying to send to us. Of course, as with everything in life, it is up to us whether we pay attention to the messages provided to us by these divine creatures. (Unfortunately, many people, not recognizing their mission, tend to ignore the animals, thinking they are merely "cute" or -- worse -- that they are a nuisance.) When an animal comes into your life -- pay attention. Stop and take a moment to ask what the animal is attempting to tell you or show you. Then just be still and listen. The big trick is to TRUST what you hear. If you don't have time to stop right then, simply remember to get a book and study about them as soon as you get the chance. There are many great books on animals. It is also important for you to begin to pay attention and to see how often a certain animal comes to you. If you see the animal in your daily life (or see it in a vision or in a dream, or hear its name; or come across it in a picture, or hear or see it's name) more than once -- then it is really attempting to get your attention. (My rule is that if I see something three times, then I need to listen and to learn.) Learn about the animals who cross your path (especially if they do so repeatedly). Spend some time "listening" to what they are trying to tell you about your life. Seek to understand how that animal relates to a situation in your life. www.carolguy.com
