Your perception is built through your beliefs. Your beliefs are built through your thoughts. And your thoughts and ideas are that of separation. The reason that all thoughts are that of separation, is because thoughts are choices. They choose either this or that. A thought can never choose both, for each thought is separate and distinct from one another. The thoughts you choose to believe are based upon which you value most - good or bad. The truth is that you are not separated from anyone or anything, therefore you are not your thoughts. Release your thoughts and find your True Self.
