Can a Bar lose money? Why push bars out of downtown Racine

I talk some more on my thoughts on bar ownership in the City of Racine with the thought to answer can a well run bar lose money?

The 2nd part being if what we are told is true the Racine Downtown is hip happening and now would there no be the custamers to fill all the bars?
