Evangelist Carol Collum is a member of St. Luke Church of God in Christ under the spiritual leadership of Bishop James C. Austin, Sr. She serves as a licensed evangelist, Sunday school teacher, youth chaplain, and a member of the crisis intervention prayer team. She has recently been appointed to the position of assistant state elect lady of the evangelist department to assist in spearheading revivals, training seminars, and outreach opportunities throughout the jurisdictional churches and communities. She is also the founder and president of True Believers Outreach Ministries which was established in 2008. Her ministry is a reflection of her heartfelt desire to be an example of the believers in all things as noted in I Timothy 4:11-16. After accepting her calling as Prophetess to the nations, she began to co-host television broadcasts on CAN TV 36 and radio broadcasts on WGBX AM 1570 which allowed her to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the chicago-land area. Carol encourages people of all ages with her testimony at small group sessions, retreats, and seminars by promoting holy and righteous living through the power of the word of God and through prayer. Carol enjoys praise and worship and creative expressions like dance, drama, and fine arts.
