Elkton, MD — Post Time with Mike and Mike presented by the USTA/BetAmerica, is excited to announce the line-up for Thursday morning (Nov. 28) at 10:30 a.m. The show will be highlighted by the Post Time with Mike and Mike awards nominations being announced. Also joining the program will be Aaron Merriman, who just scored his 1,000th win of the season; Pete Medhurst, the track announcer at Rosecroft Raceway; and Andrew Harris, trainer of Jimmy Freight.

Voting begins for the 2018 Post Time with Mike and Mike awards on Thursday at 12 p.m. A separate release will be sent on Thursday with all of the details on how to vote, who is nominated, and the biographies for each nominee.

Merriman, who scored his 1,000th win in 2018 on Saturday joins the program to talk about his career accomplishment. Merriman became the first driver in history to accomplish the feat twice. He will discuss how it felt to reach that milestone and what he may be looking forward to next in his career.

Medhurst, the announcer at Rosecroft Raceway, will join to discuss the 2018 Potomac Pace which has drawn a pretty impressive field. The race, which is the track’s signature event, has historically drawn some of harness racing’s best Open pacers. Medhurst will also get his first opportunity to announce a race with the great Foiled Again participating. He will talk about what that feeling means to him and if his style will change at all for the race.

Harris, the trainer of Jimmy Freight, will discuss the champion 3-year-old’s season thus far and how he has been training heading into Thursday night’s Hap Hansen Progress Pace at Dover Downs.

Post Time with Mike and Mike presented by BetAmerica can be heard live every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Eastern
