The fraud has started already with the NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION ACT. The politicians, their family and friends are racking up! Just ask Guiterrez. Chicago is rocked by foreclosures, stonewalled by the fewest pre-approved / pre-qualified buyers in my adulthood, and even foreclosure auctions are empty. The game is on for false listings, pushing up bids, unscrupulous real estate developers, locking out the little homebuyer from an affordable housing purchase. If you're the common man, having CASH to purchase isn't enough, you have to be invited to the list. Packages for FIRE SALES going straight to political croonies. Here we go again, a brand new RESOLUTION TRUST CORPORATION 2010 set up to lock out community nonprofits unless you're on the political favors lists, keeping the first time homeowner from affording affordable housing. What's more affordable than a $15,000 condo on the market? Nope you can't have it until it's passed through 3 greedy hands, so you can purchase it for $80,000 from the local hooked up Neighborhood Stabilization Act Frat Club, that sells it in the almost same condition it was in when it was listed for $15,000. A Chicago Scam on the horizon!!! BLAGO COULD HAVE GOT RICH APPROVING DEVELOPERS FOR THIS PROGRAM! All the foreclosed displaced people who are forced to pay OVERPRICED RENT are yelling, "We need AFFORDABLE HOUSING!" ...which is all falling on deaf ears. ALSO, the first lawsuit of it's kind, THE PROPERTY TAX DISPARITY! Low-income, depressed value, mostly minority communities are TAXED at a higher rate than the non-black communities. Property taxes are more than the mortage payment in some communities, which is rushing communities into high foreclosure rates.
