Olga Ayala is a Staten Island-based artist. If you are in NYC, you probably have stopped by Olga's tables at art and cultural festivals throughout the city. In her words: I am a polymer clay artist who doesn't believe that art should be something you just look at. That's why many of my pieces of art are functional as well. I've worked in various fine art mediums all my life, but ever since I discovered polymer clay in 1997, I haven't been able to put it down! My sculptures and jewelry are individually hand crafted. Even when I do a series on a theme, no two are exactly alike. I have a lot of fun creating my pieces and I hope you enjoy them.
