Project Empowerment is delighted to have on Donnita Coleman Parker.

Donnita is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the tourism and training industries. She and her husband, Wayne, co-founded a sightseeing and adventure company that hosted visitors from all over the world. In 2009, Donnita was inspired to merge her mission to mentor others with her passion for travel and in 2011, she founded LightPath Mentoring. Through LightPath, Donnita helps women discover how to to live fearless, purpose filled lives at any age. An avid hiker, she delights in walking the path less traveled and helping others find their own unique path. As a result, many of her live programs are held in beautiful wilderness locations.

Donnita currently serves on the Board of Directors for Phoenix Philanthropists and the New Era Children's Fund. As a volunteer in the community, she enjoys serving at Andre House, Halo Animal Rescue, St. Mary's Food Bank and other local non-profits.
