BJ Gallagher is an accomplished management consultant and workshop leader, as well as a popular public speaker, specializing in: workforce diversity, dealing with change, innovation and creativity, customer service, motivation, communication skills, and specialized programs for women.

Her best-selling book, A PEACOCK IN THE LAND OF PENGUINS: A Fable about Creativity and Courage (Berrett-Koehler; third edition 2001), co-authored with Dr. Warren H. Schmidt, is currently published in 18 languages worldwide and has sold over 300,000 copies. Her newest book is YES LIVES IN THE LAND OF NO (Berrett-Koehler; 2006).
