Ephesians 6:11-13 - “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”Our spiritual armor comes from our faith in and love for Yahshua our Messiah. Without faith in Yahshua and God the Father to preserve and protect us, we are sitting ducks in Satan’s war against us. For this reason, until believers truly trust God and are actively engaged in routing and defeating God’s enemies through DAILY prayer, they are in grave danger. Without an active prayer life, believers can be oppressed and antagonized by demonic spirits, lusts, and addictions, just as their unsaved friends are constantly subject to.
