Ingrid Martin is a spiritually based Life Coach, nationally certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida with over twenty years experience in the counseling field. She uses her extensive education, experience and intuition in helping others find their authentic, lovable selves and heal in mind, spirit and body (where emotions can get trapped). 

Ingrid specializes in serving women working through trauma, twelve step recovery and family of origin issues and employs expressive, inner child(subconscious) and cognitive techniques.
