Let's talk about STIGMA! The first in an exciting, new 10-series program on "matters of the mind". Co-hosts Lori Veltkamp and Susan Yeo created their company, Power of 3, to inspire good mental health and wellness for all. Today's show will tackle stigma by combining education with empowering and energizing tips. Guest speaker Elizabeth Manley will share her story on stigma set in the world of figure skating during the 1988 Winter Olympics.
