Encouraging Others

Are you an encouragement or discouragement to others?  Are you someone others like to see enter the room?  Or, does everyone leave the break room when you show up?  Are you spreading negativity or positivity?  Today Linda and I are going to talk about encouraging others.  We want to talk about how, when and where to encourage others.  The Bible uses the word exhortation, meaning to incite.  Some synonyms are to stir up, fan the flames, to fuel, ignite ...
