Remembering Those Who Served: Is it still the Case

This year as Americans pause on Monday May 26, for the holiday, please remember in all your family holiday festivities what Memorial Day is all about. Once called Decoration Day, it should mean more to Americans than just a day to get together for some Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and maybe a few beers. True reflections of what those brave Americans, who served fighting and dying in far off lands and here at home did for us today.  Remember also that currently those who sacrificed so much for all of us and being played as pawns in the political game called the DC Two step. Veterans are languishing in VA hospitals while mindless bureaucrats play a numbers shuffle game. This is a major disgrace that is allowing our heroes to die helplessly in our government run health care facility, the Veterans Administration Hospitals.
