After a week out for vacation, David McKinney returns this week to his seat next to Kyle "Kyote" Rozewski. We continue our interviews of TUF 19 fighters and the Know Your Pinnacle FC Fighter series.

But first up, we'll be joined by top heavyweight prospect Paul Holt (2-1), who will discuss his second victory from this past weekend.

Then, Team Penn's Mike "The Man" King will join the show to discuss TUF 19, and his future on the show this season.
